Business Case

Pizza Hut has been a landmark in the minds of pizza lovers worldwide since its inception more than 60 years ago. In Greece, it has 16 stores, of which 8 have a specially designed space for dine in, and an online store. In an extremely competitive space, that of online food delivery, Pizza Hut is called upon to face not only direct competitors, but also food delivery platforms. And what it accomplishes worthily, with continuous improvements and optimization on an almost permanent basis, with the ultimate goal of impeccable customer service in the selection and ordering of everyone’s favorite meal!

What we did

As part of the digital transformation of the company we implemented “a back to basics Digital Strategy”. New goals and objectives were set, the most important of which were specific and measurable: Increasing online sales and boosting take away.

How We Did It

After extensive study and analysis of User Experience, marketing personas and their online behavior and thorough user flow design, we created and launched a new state of the art online platform.

We set up new organizational charts and working flows throughout all departments of the company and implemented a digital first approach to all business activities.

A Digital First business mindset was set as a priority and as the core KPI of the company.

Execution & Monitoring

Together with the management team we rolled out our Digital First Strategy up to bottom and initiated a long time journey full of “on the road bumps”.
