The Company PHARMACY295 P.C.C. was established in 2012 and has achieved in 10 years of successful operation to become:

  • The “1st in Ranking” Electronic Pharmacy in the Greek Market in terms of Brand Awareness
  • One of the 3 biggest Electronic Pharmacies in the Greek market in terms of Sales Volume.

The site  offers more than 12.000 products and hosts 270.000 enlisted site-customers. Until today, it has completed over 1 million orders and the “Returning Customer Ratio” reaches about 80% of the total  Turnover

Pharmacy295 strongly believes and invests in Technology, aiming to offer a safe, easy and fast shopping experience to their customers.

The challenge was to scale up the business in matters of Operational, Commercial and People management in order to proceed in the next day.

What we did

We set up a Development and Expansion Policy regarding departments of the company such as Commercial, Operations, Finance and Communications and started building the scale up strategy of the organization.

How We Did It

We set up working flows, recruited People to all functions of the company and started reshaping the organizations working habits and culture.

Commercial: We build a strong commercial department by recruiting people from the retail industry and set up commercial KPI’s, Reporting procedures & Tools and working flows

Finance: We implemented Budget and P&L Monitoring tools and set up procedures between all departments regarding finance connected activities

Communication: We clarified all brand values and started building towards this direction by using different communication platforms

Operations & Logistics : We set up working flows and optimized all warehouse daily activities.

Execution & Monitoring

Together with the management Team we executed and monitored all activities and implented modification actions in order to stay in the right path.
